The Process of Listing Your Home

To help you navigate the home selling process, we've outlined a detailed timeline from our initial phone call to your home hitting the market as an active listing. Knowing what to expect at each stage can make the journey smoother and more predictable.

1. Home Tour and Discussion:

We’ll tour your home together and discuss its selling potential, including any upgrades or improvements made and how they can influence the price.

2. Maximize Home Potential:

We’ll discuss repairs and staging to enhance your home's appeal. Simple fixes and strategic staging can significantly impact buyers’ perceptions.

3. Pricing Strategy:

Together, we'll create a pricing strategy based on market trends, your home’s features, and your timeframe for selling.

4. Paperwork Review:

We’ll go over the necessary paperwork to get your home listed.

5. Schedule Media Day:

Once we have an idea of when your home will be ready, we will start scheduling professional photos and videographers to highlight your property’s best features.

6. Marketing Preparation:

After the media-shoot, we take a full week to prepare all of the comprehensive marketing materials. This includes: videos, flyers and ads needed to professionally market your home and maximize its potential.

7. Listing:

A week after the photos are taken, your home goes live on the market. We’ll place a sign in your yard and distribute flyers to attract potential buyers.

8. Showings:

Showings begin as soon as your home is listed. Buyers' agents will request times through the MLS, and you will receive a text to confirm or suggest a new time if needed. We can set restrictions based on your preferences (e.g., 2-hour notice, no showings during dinner time).

This timeline is designed to ensure a smooth and efficient selling process, ultimately achieving the best results for you.
